High-frequency DC ion nozzle with built-in subminiature piezoelectric transformer.

 

This product is designed by professionals, with less brackets, convenient installation and direction adjustment.

 

Mainly used in electronic assembly line, painting industry, medical machinery manufacturing and packaging, semiconductor

 

 production and flat panel display manufacturing, packaging, injection molding production, photoelectric and other industries.

Action Principle

 

ST-6 high-frequency AC type ion nozzle applies the international advanced technology and adopts small piezoelectric transformer to

 

change the input direct current into high-frequency low-voltage alternating current.

 

The discharge needle made of special alloy material makes the discharge stability and wear resistance of the needle surpass the

 

commonly used metal discharge needle.

 

The discharge needle can be replaced, and ST-6 has built-in electrostatic removing electrode for corona discharge to generate ions.

 

Maintenance

 

1. Adjustment of electrostatic removal effect

 

①. Static removal effect Static removal time is inversely proportional to air pressure. The air pressure should be 0.3Mpa-0.7Mpa.

 

②. The distance and angle between the nozzle head and the electrostatic field all affect the electrostatic effect, so we should pay

 

attention to debugging until we are satisfied.

 

2. Daily Maintenance

 

①. Pay attention to anti-collision when using nozzle, and pay attention to anti-falling after use. Even if the nozzle is fixedly

 

installed, care should be taken to prevent objects from colliding.

 

②. Clean the ion needle and ion needle chamber of nozzle with absolute alcohol, but not with water from Tianna. When cleaning,

 

turn off the power first, then screw off the small plastic cover (also called air accelerator) in front of the nozzle head with a camera,

 

and clean the ion needle and the inner chamber of the ion needle with a cotton swab dipped in absolute alcohol to clean the internal

 

stains and dirt.

 

. Timely cleaning and maintenance can not only improve the use effect, but also prolong the service life.
