ST-DC-506A is the successor model of our company's traditional product ST503A. The static electricity removal time is increased by more than 30%, and it is more miniaturized. It is an ionizer with the industry's top static electricity removal performance.
l Small-flow discharge needle nozzle for suppressing air consumption is easy to replace
There are also two kinds of discharge needle nozzles, i.e., normal air consumption nozzles and small flow nozzles which can restrain compressed air consumption. The nozzle can be conveniently replaced.
l The cleaning timer function notifies the cleaning time
When the timer reaches the preset value, the LED lights up to inform that it is time to clean the discharge needle. The time until lighting can be set by the user. (100 to 10000 hours, 9 modes, can also be set to no lights.)

POWER: Green LED lights up when the power is turned on normally
RUN: Green LED lights up during normal operation
ALARM: The red LED lights up when micro-discharge occurs in the high-voltage part of the main body such as the discharge needle or overcurrent occurs in the main circuit
CLEANING: When the accumulated running time set with T-SELECT exceeds, the yellow LED lights up until it is released with RESET button
TIMER RESET: This button is used to turn off the CLEANING LED
T-SELECT: This selector is used to set the cumulative continuous time for lighting CLEANING LED

1. Static Electricity Can Be Removed Uniformly and Stably in the Whole Region
A large amount of positive and negative ions are uniformly supplied in the whole static removing area all the time, and the static removing difference of each area is very small, which is most suitable for electronic equipment requiring fine static removing, etc.
2. Safety Function of Detecting Abnormal Discharge and Spark
It is a safety function of automatically cutting off the applied high voltage after detecting abnormal high voltage discharge such as short circuit of discharge needle of ionizer.
